Solventless Concentrates
Solventless extracts are becoming ever more popular in the cannabis community. Trichomes extracted without the use of chemicals make for a pure undisturbed base for a wide variety of end products. Most popular forms being Hash, Rosin, Vapes and Edibles. By extracting using no solvents or other chemicals this greatly reduces the risk of damaging the terpenes of the extracts as well as reduces overhead, liability and initial investment.

Established in 2018, Hashatron is a New England based company specializing in solventless processing & extraction equipment for the craft & commercial cannabis industry. Our team of skilled technicians & fabricators have a diverse background in mechanical, electrical, process automation as well as Chillers & HVAC systems.
Our goal is to bring innovative and efficient solutions while delivering the best possible equipment to the ever-changing cannabis extraction industry.
All equipment from rolling of vessels, flanging of tank heads, cutting, bending welding and PLC/ wiring is preformed at our 10,000 sqft. Connecticut manufacturing facility. With all design and fabrication being preformed under one roof, we are able to offer unmatched flexibility when custom projects arise, for projects large or small we have solutions to meet and exceed any customers needs, from daily thruputs in pounds to tons.

Why Hashatron?
At the heart of every automated Hashatron washer craft or commercial you will find a key piece of equipment that sets our extraction platform apart from the rest. All Hashatron automated washers utilize an easy to remove and interchangeable rotating stainless steel wash basket.
Our patent pending design not only allows for single operator ease of use but also greater agitation and increased filtration over industry standard aggressive paddle mixers and fragile nylon work bags. Our interchangeable wash basket design also allows the operator to easily remove water from spent product prior to disposal along with minimal down time preforming loading/unloading between washes.
